After years of growth this business was suffering from a lack of cash flow as all profit was going back into paying of the capital and interest on the funds used for the expansion. This resulted in the business falling behind in statutory payments and the company was at high risk.
We were able to re-negotiate all existing debt, and implement a managed positive cash flow, enabling the business to better position itself for future growth

Central Victorian Business
Through no fault of their own, this company found itself with a massive debt to the ATO. The ATO required them to pay the debt back at a rate that put their cash flow at risk, and left no room for business ups and downs.
We were able to assist them in renegotiating the payment plan to 80% less than originally stipulated, allowing them to continue their business with minimal impact

Interstate Business
This business was trying to purchase a competitor for quite some time but negotiations were struggling. Another business, with similar interest became available so we developed a strategy to purchase that one instead.
After this was secured, the other business was made aware, and suddenly they were very negotiable, as a result this business was also acquired, and the two combined. Both businesses were acquired for a total less than what the original business was originally willing to negotiate to. The perfect 2 for 1 deal.

Northern Victorian Business
This business wanted to expand but due to previous poorly structured debt the banks would not provide any more finance. After renegotiating the existing debt arrangements and adjusting the cash flow we were able to free up cash to allow for the expansion without the need for additional finance.
Not long after, a complimentary business came on the market, we were able to negotiate a purchase arrangement which allowed the acquisition to happen using existing cash flow over a period of time, again without the need for additional finance
